 Instructions for telehealth:

Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive an invitation through email for an event ( Google “Hangout Meet”). It will have a link that you will click to join the meeting. You will then need to click “Join” and request to join the meeting. Your clinician will give you a call to walk you through set up at your appointment time needed.

You will need to use a computer or laptop with a camera or a smartphone/tablet.

- Computer: You will need google chrome, firefox or microsoft edge. You can click on the link in the email or you can go to google.meet.com and enter your email address. You may need to use a gmail email account for this feature.

- Smartphone or tablet: you will need to download the app “Google Hangouts meet.” When you click on the link in the email, the app should open and ask for your email account. You may need to use a gmail email account.

You will then click to Join the meeting.

Please know that we take privacy and confidentiality seriously. We have a business account with Google, which encrypts all the videos chats and meets healthcare standards (i.e. allows our providers to be HIPAA compliant).
