Memory Training

for promoting brain health

 Memory training

As people age, many individuals express concerns about their memory. Research has shown that a normal part of aging includes changes to thinking - specifically processing speed and attention - both of which have impact on memory. BNBC is excited for plans to offer group based memory training based on a well researched program for everyday memory.

Overall, the goal of memory training is to improve memory and confidence in aging individuals. This is done by learning more about the normal aging process and to develop and practice strategies which have been found to support the aging process.
